Resources underpin everything that can be “Booked Out” in QBIS. Resources belong to groups of resources, called Resource Types.

Resources can also have rotas assigned to them, to ensure they are never booked out incorrectly.

It is very easy to quickly make a resource unavailable. For example, maybe a projector has broken. QBIS will then notify all the owners of any meetings that require that resource that the resource is not available, all automatically.
